Piñeiro Stashes Away The Brewers

As heard in Baseball Tonight: "Piñeiro Pinns down the Brewers". I guess my pun is not much better either, but still what a game. It was 0-0 the first seven innings when Brendan Ryan started a rally that followed with Ludwick blasting a three run shot that gave the Cards the lead. The redbirds moved to being ahead two games with 47-40. Piñeiro has played well all season but has been missing the big guns at the plate. Brendan Ryan made an an amazing play, throwing from almost the third base towards first.
